Giovanni Montagnani
Co-founder and General Manager
Giovanni is responsible for the strategic direction, industrial development and overall execution of FoodExprit.
He conceived the company’s modular production model and oversees production planning, investment priorities, organizational development and the progressive expansion of the FoodExprit ecosystem.
His role is to ensure that the company develops as a scalable industrial platform capable of combining Italian food know-how, consistent product quality and competitive production economics in Egypt.
Liliana Bianco
Co-Founder and Business Development Director
Liliana is responsible for business development, strategic relationships and market expansion.
She leads the identification and development of potential customers, distributors, commercial partners and international counterparts, supporting FoodExprit’s market-entry strategy and long-term commercial development.
Her role is to connect the company’s industrial capabilities and product portfolio with concrete business opportunities across target markets.

Ayman Agaibi
Deputy Director – Egypt Operations
Ayman supports the coordination of FoodExprit’s activities in Egypt and acts as an operational link between the Italian management team and the local organization.
He contributes to local coordination, communication and implementation across operational areas, helping translate management decisions into effective execution on the ground.
His role is particularly important in ensuring continuity between strategic planning and day-to-day activities in Egypt.

Yasmin El Sayed
Administration & Operations Coordinator
Yasmin supports FoodExprit’s administrative and operational activities in Egypt.
She coordinates documentation, suppliers and communication flows between the Italian and Egyptian teams, helping maintain organization and continuity throughout the company’s development.
Her role supports the operational discipline required during the company’s market-entry and scale-up phases.

Umberto Traini
Quality Assurance Specialist
Umberto brings more than four decades of experience in the food industry, including 10 years at Italgel, 9 years at Nestlé in the Ice & Frozen Food division and 22 years in quality control at Head Office level.
At FoodExprit, he contributes to the definition of quality standards, process controls and product consistency.
His experience supports the development of an industrial production system designed to combine repeatability, food safety and international quality requirements.

Adriano Caorsi
Culinary Product Development Specialist
Adriano contributes to the development and refinement of FoodExprit’s recipes and product concepts.
His role focuses on translating Italian culinary know-how into products that retain authentic taste while remaining suitable for controlled and scalable production.
He supports the creative and sensory development of new product lines as the FoodExprit portfolio expands.
Francesco Picaro
Product Standardization & Industrialization Specialist
Francesco supports the transformation of culinary recipes into standardized production processes.
His contribution focuses on recipe consistency, process repeatability and adaptation of products to industrial production requirements.
This role is essential to FoodExprit’s objective of delivering artisanal-quality products through reliable and scalable production systems.
Mahmoud Helal
Food Product Development Specialist
Mahmoud contributes to the development of sauces, ready meals and other prepared-food categories within the FoodExprit portfolio.
His experience supports recipe development, product adaptation and the transition from culinary concepts to standardized products suitable for industrial production.
His role will become increasingly important as FoodExprit expands beyond its initial product lines into the broader product categories planned for subsequent growth phases.

Ana brings more than 20 years of experience in fresh pasta production in Egypt.
Her expertise combines Italian production know-how with direct knowledge of the Egyptian market and local operating conditions.
